Text of Complaint by Sushmitha:

i have ordered some products from club factory they were defective.. i tried to place return but that app was not working. I have contacted the support team and they asked me to courier the products back to them and they will refund the amount along with my courier charges.. its more than 3 weeks i couriered the products.. they confirmed me that they have recived the products but they are not refunding my amount.. they ask me same questions then ask me to wait for 3 days.. but they are not refunding.. kindly do the needfull
