I am running a small business (Marketing of Ayurveda Product) and losing the business opportunities due to delay delivery or cancellation of Mobile Phone Order, because in this covid-19 pandemic situation, we are getting orders only from online social site and telephonic conversation and we had missed that business due to sudden unilateral cancellation. With no response forthcoming from Amazon India, I planned to go ahead and filed a consumer complaint, seeking compensation of Rs 30000 (Product Cost & Business Loss) for the deficiency of service, unfair trade practice, and fraud activities. The original cost of the POCO M3 (Cool Blue, 6GB RAM, 64GB Storage) Mobile was Rs 13000 and after a promotional discount, the cost of the mobile was just Rs 8319. I was in an urgent need of a Mobile phone and not wanting to let go of such an offer, I had placed the order #407-3490093-4821915 on 27th May 2021 after checking on the delivery date (29th May-2nd June). I have received confirmation mail with UPI payment confirmation from amazon but after 2 days (29th May) order has been cancelled. This sudden cancellation put me in a lot of trouble, this incident not over here I received WhatsApp message from 8652034006 (Represented as Amazon Seller Support) stating that please make the payment to given account number directly then ordered Mobile will be delivered by today. I had informed everything to the amazon customer care & send email to amazon also but I did not get satisfactory response from Amazon. There was another Order #407-8266530-1713117 which is placed on 28th May 2021 (post a promotional discount & Additional SBI Card Bank Instant 10% Discount) the cost of the mobile was just Rs 7487.10 and expected Delivery was Date 31st May to 3rd June. I had requested to amazon customer care when first order get cancelled, make sure that another running not get cancelled or arrange the delivery on priority basis and they ensured me that order will get delivered on time but again today 30-05-2021 Order #407-8266530-1713117 has been cancelled. Again I called customer care regarding these issues but they denied doing anything regarding these issues. I did not get a satisfactory response from the amazon team and the amazon team was forced to place another fresh order for a mobile which current cost is Rs 12,800. I had requested to place the order from your end with order amount for cancelled order; I will pay the amount because I am in need of mobile phone, so please arrange the delivery but amazon denied to do anything in this case. Please clarify without amazon involvement how the seller/fraudant gets my all personal information, and tried to cheat us. Now I am requesting to all of you, please look into matter and do the needful at earliest. As I am in need of device will purchase from somewhere else at earliest but I need a satisfactory resolution from amazon with compensation for the deficiency of service, unfair trade practice, fraudant activities by seller under the aegis of amazon.
