Complaint Details

I, Rabiul Ahmed, am filing this complaint to formally escalate the ongoing and unresolved issues related to Order ID #5104660 placed with Ghar Soaps. Despite repeated follow-ups and a confirmed pickup of wrongly delivered items, my order remains incomplete and incorrectly fulfilled, causing significant inconvenience, mental harassment, and loss of time.

This case clearly reflects deficiency in service, negligence in order fulfillment, and poor quality control by the seller.

Timeline & Background

4th December 2025:
The order was marked as fulfilled by the seller.
Delivery was attempted via Delhivery (Tracking #30422031406910).

Initial Delivery Issue:
Instead of the ordered items, I received incorrect products, namely:

Six (6) packets of Magic Face Wash with Saffron and Lactic Acid

One (1) Aqua Soap

13th December 2025:
The above incorrect items were picked up by the seller, acknowledging their mistake.

15th December 2025:
I received another delivery which was again incorrect and incomplete.

Mystery Gift – 1 Pack

Magic Soap (Sandal Wood and Saffron Soap) – Remaining 4 Packs

Grounds for Complaint

Deficiency in Service under the Consumer Protection Act

Wrong and Partial Delivery despite multiple attempts

Failure to honor promotional offer (BUY 4 & GET 4 FREE)

Mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to repeated errors

Lack of effective grievance redressal, even after pickup of wrong items

This is the second incorrect and partial delivery, which demonstrates a serious breakdown in the seller’s order processing, quality checks, and customer support mechanisms.

Relief Sought

I respectfully request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to direct the opposite party to:

Immediately deliver all missing items as per the original invoice, OR

Provide a full refund of Rs. 2,896.00, if delivery is not possible

Compensate for mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to repeated negligence

Ensure such lapses do not occur with other consumers in the future

    The following items were handed over to Delhivery during the pickup:

    Partial Delivery Received
    On 15th December 2025, I received a partial delivery containing only:
