Text of Complaint by Sudhir Kumar Jain:

Dear sir
I am a customer of the Jio fiber. 1203649912.
In order to reconcile my account I requested them to provide the copies of invoice from Dec 2022 to July 2023. The company is refusing to provide the same mentioning that they can provide for a period of 180 days only.
since I made payment to them they should provide the invoice. It is a case of not providing proper customer service.
It is requested that the company may be asked to improve its customer service and provide the previous Invoice to me at the earliest.
