1. Background:
I Siva Pavani Yanamadala engaged the opposite party for data entry/accuracy report services as per their agreement.
As per the agreement, I had earlier paid ₹4,000 as penalty for not meeting 85% accuracy in a previous task.
For renewal, I further paid ₹4,500 to continue and was assured of timely delivery of reports.
2. Current Issue:
I submitted my work on 26-Aug-2025 as per their requirements.
As per the agreed terms, the accuracy report was due within 2–3 working days.
Despite repeated follow-ups (via email, mobile, and WhatsApp), the report has not been delivered.
3. Escalation Attempts:
I repeatedly reminded the Care and Legal teams through email (31-Aug to 3-Sep 2025).
Their responses were vague, unprofessional, and did not address the actual issue.
On 3-Sep-2025, I sent a final escalation notice demanding the report within 48 hours, warning of legal action. No resolution was provided.
4. Nature of Deficiency:
Non-delivery of promised service (accuracy report).
Unfair trade practice — collecting renewal and penalty fees but not honoring service obligations.
Deficiency in communication — ignoring follow-ups and providing irrelevant responses.
5. Relief Sought:
Delivery of the pending accuracy report for the job submitted on 26-Aug-2025.
Refund of ₹8,500 (₹4,000 + ₹4,500) paid under agreement.
Compensation for mental harassment, time loss, and legal expenses as deemed fit by the Hon’ble Court.
