Subject: Complaint Regarding Uncredited INR Withdrawal from BC.GAME Account
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the online gaming and financial platform BC.GAME regarding a failed INR withdrawal.
On 24th September 2025 at 08:01:38 UTC, I successfully initiated a withdrawal of ₹11,121 INR from my BC.GAME account (User ID: 16218289 , Cvjlkcglyb). The platform confirmed the transaction and provided the following details:
– Withdrawal Address: sbin 0017934-423643 21440
– Transaction ID (TXID): 1844 1309050855 55877
Despite the confirmation, the amount has not been credited to my bank account. I have waited for a reasonable period and attempted to contact BC.GAME support, but have received no resolution or valid UTR number to trace the payment with my bank.
This delay has caused financial inconvenience and raises serious concerns about the reliability and transparency of BC.GAME’s INR withdrawal process.
I request the concerned authorities to:
1. Investigate the transaction and ensure the amount is credited to my account immediately.
2. Take appropriate action against BC.GAME for withholding user funds without resolution.
3. Ensure such platforms comply with Indian financial and consumer protection laws.
I am attaching the screenshot of the withdrawal confirmation for reference. I urge you to treat this matter with urgency.
