Text of Complaint by Devendra Singh Bhasin:

I with my wife travelled from Bengaluru to Jabalpur PNR No. EKL5UL on 24.05.2023.
No complaints for Flight No. 6E6491 from Bengaluru to Hyderabad. But Flight No 6E7307 was delayed for about half an hour without any information. There was not proper sitting arrangement for waiting passengers, as we both are, senior citizen.
After boarding in aircraft there was not any cooling and were informed that since the aircraft was grounded for past some days hence it will take some time for cooling. The cooling could be maintained after about an hour of take-of.
Even drinking water was not cool.
Later there was not availability of hot tea, coffee or soup. Snacks such as Upma, Sandwiches, Poha were also not available.
On taking issue with airline for part refund/compensate the fare, airline admitted deficiency in service and offered complimentary meal on our next flight.
