Text of Complaint by Ravi Kesri:

I ordered a Mi Band 4 fromĀ  theĀ  Amazon on 30-09-2019 and as I also have their prime membership so I choose to next day delivery which means they have to deliver my product to me on 01-10-2019. And they also sent a confirmation text that they will deliver the product to me by 9 p.m. but after waiting time when I checked the status of my item I saw that they rescheduled my product delivery without taking my concern and when I contacted there customer executive regarding this matter they also told me that I have to wait for more next 24 to 48 hrs. This is a case of deficiency of service. If they are unable to make their promise so why are they promise to their customers for guarantee delivery.
