my post paid mobile no is 7276633470

my complaint is to change  post paid to prepaid

I have tried from last months but my request is not execute sevral times i approaced to vodafone store at Rajapeth , Gulshan plaza Amravati (MS) but i didnot get positive response every time asking for new requirement I have fulfill all the doc in hard copy but vodafone rep. unable to excute my request. also I contact mr. Pankaj Deshmukh but he didnot respond and switch off his mobile no.

so please do needful as it pollute the company image
