I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent shopping experience on website Fashmode. I placed an order for clothes on 3 July 2023, and upon receiving the package on 8 July 2023, I discovered two significant issues: the clothes were only 3 and on the website it was showing 4 and also had several defects.
Firstly, I ordered the clothes and on the delivery day I only received 3 in number. The number of shirts provided are not what I expected, and it has caused a great deal of inconvenience.
Secondly, upon closer inspection, I noticed several defects in the clothes. There were visible stitching errors, loose threads, and even tears in some garments. It is disappointing to receive items that are of such poor quality and not up to the standards expected from the company.
I am highly dissatisfied with this experience, as it has not only wasted my time and money but also caused a great deal of inconvenience. As a customer, I had expected a higher level of service and product quality from the website.
I request a full refund for the incorrect and defective clothes I received.
