I had purchased 3 lipsticks, hazelnut brown, grapefruit pink and raspberry scarlet, above 2 products, were used and broken, sticking inside the cap of the lipstick, I’m unable to roll the lipstick as half of the lipstick is stuck to the bottom.
I have raised complaint, none action taken, promise to solve within 3days it been 6 days no reply via email. I have spent 1500 paid by prepaid. Ticket no-50040
