Dear team
This is Monisha from banglore one of your vcare customer since 2020,i have availed following treatments from v care
1. WALT TREATMENT
2.SKIN LIGHTNING
3.FACIAL HAIR REMOVAL

on 15th January 2023 i visited jayanagar branch for 3rd session of facial hair removal treatment i got service after 30 min ( after 10 min they removed hair,gap of 10 min doctor came for treatment finally gap of 10 min some one came to clean)is it a doctor responsibility to do end to end service.Now after treatment my face started swelling which left scar in my face .

Past also whatever treatment i got there was no change in my skin texture,i though atleast i will get my facial hair removal done and take other service,that’s because of good relationship i had with same branch doctor,now everything is gone into deal

This time I was handled by DR.MANJULLA,by last weak i have a alliance proposal,now what can you guys do from your end for scar removal

I no need any other services and iam not going to take any service and products from vcare ,just return the amount whatever I have paid for my traetment or just cure my scar before Wednesday (25th January)

This pathetic service i did not expect from REPUTED CLINIC VCARE that to for regular customer

I gave written complain January and may month twice but no reply from their end , initially they said refund will be processed in 40 days still no reply
They should not promise regarding refund
