I got this product after 20 days and technician who came to install it found that product is defective and needs to be replaced. He asked for the replacement and inspite of follow up for 20 days and writing 100 times on social media, product was supplied after one month and 9 days. Now they have cancelled installation of this product and in spite of continous follow up, no one is responding in your customer care. Product needs to be installed at the earliest. How long u want me to wait.
