Text of Complaint by Chandrasekhar Ramamurthy:

Order No. 200633679

Item: OPTIMA TABLE FAN FN 30

Order was prepaid (INR 1750) but delivery courier insisted on payment again as he had no proof of prepayment; delivery made on 09 April 2021;

I paid again to take delivery but found the fan defective and from very old stock as the carton was dusty and filthy (they had used an additional outer box so I did not knoe this until I opened it);

The fan too was defective; I requested return and refund but the request was repeatedly cancelled and rebooked;

Finally, it was collected on 11 April 2021 by Bluedart but no receipt or acknowledgement provided till date confirming this. I did take a scan of the Bluedart checksheet to have at least some proof;

No refund made till date for either the prepayment or the second payment made though they sent a mail saying the refund takes 2-3 working days (it is now over 7 days).
