Text of Complaint by Neha Mishra:

I have ordered a branded Adidas T-shirt from Ajio, reference id# FL0299486326.
I received the product on 19th of September 2021. After that we used the product yesterday and in a day we found that the thread in the t-shirt are torn out not from one place but many.
We immediately placed a return request on Ajio but I am unable to understand the terms of returning the item in case of damage or defective stuff or torn out product.
You people are smart enough to understand that no one wearing a stuff with tags and etc. It’s not a size or colour issue, its a damage one.
A customer and understand these issues after wearing the same.
I am a regular customer of Ajio and I hope you all are intelligent enough to understand the concern as you can check that earlier I always fulfilled the terms and conditions while returning or exchanging any product.
But this time I feel cheated because the stuff torn out after wearing the same.
I don’t have the tags of the same but yes I have the packet of the t shirt on which the barcode sticker is available with the id.

They also agreed first but somehow denied due to their fraud behavior. Their reply is here below:

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Your concern towards pick up is totally understandable. As checked, a return for the M PL T Brand Print Crew-Neck T-shirt is already created. You would’ve received an automated email and an SMS with the Return ID and the Estimated Refund Date.

On or before the 30th September, 2021 the product will get picked up. We can see that the estimated date for refund to get initiated is 30th September, 2021. But, once we have picked up the product, we will confirm and communicate the promised refund date by which a refund should get initiated. Once initiated, it would take up to 7-9 Business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We will not leave any stone unturned in ensuring that we keep in touch with you at every stage.
