I had purchased a L Shaped sofa in Oct 2018 which got delievered in Jan/Feb 2019 from Adron Furniture Joka Showroom. The owner Bharat Thakkar explained me everything and charged me for the best materials to be used in Sofa Production. The Cost of Sofa was fixed at 65400/-. He promised that I will not have to look at sofa for at least 15 years as the same is made with best materials and fabric.
The sofa broke down in less than 15 months. I visted their showroom in May/June 2020 but they informed that the workers went to their home town and have not returned. As soon as they come back we will make arrangements for the repair. After few months they closed down the Joka Showroom and fled off. All the numbers are switched off.
I had Bharat Thakkar the owners contact number. He said to send me pics over whats up which i sent in Jan 21, since then he is not responding to calls and whats up messages.
I have read many online complaints against this cheat and how he have duped a lot of money from many customers. He is simply a dacoit and cheats customers.
Need serious action against him and the company.
