I PURCHASED SCOOTER IN MARCH 2022 SINCE ACQUIRING SCOOTER ON MARCH 2022I HAVE EXPERIENCED NUMEROUS ISSUES BUT UNRESOVED YET,DIDFICULTIES IN GETTING PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE,I WOULD LIKE TO THE ATTENTION OF THE CONSUMER COURT FOR RESOLUTION.
1;-PERSISTENT MECHANICAL PROBLEMSWITH FRONT FORK NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND CONTINEOUS NOISE FROM FRONT LEADS TO COMPROMISED MY SAFETYWHILE USING IT
2;-FAULTY DISPLAY,REQUIRE EXCESSIVE FORCE TO SWITCH ON THE SCOOTER,DISPLAY DOSENT WORK VERY OFTENLY ,
3;-INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ,DOSENT RESPONSE TO YOUR COMPLAINT,ONLY ONE CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER IN BANGALURU
4;-POOR SERVICE CENTER THEY DOSENT DO PROPER SERVICING OF SCOOTER ALSO YOU DOSENT GET SLOT FOR SERVICING IN EMERGENCIES ALSO THEY DONT GIVE YOU ROAD SIDE ASSITANCE
GIVEN ABOVE FEW CIRCUMSTANCES I REQUEST THE CONSUMER COURT TO INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER AND TAKE PROPER ACTIONS REGARDING THIS.
MANUFACTURER SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SELLING DEFECTIVE SCOOTER
