Text of Complaint by Bhavadharani:

I ordered a Saree through was.silksareecollections.com from Fabio. I got shocked to see the product after I received it. It was defective with white lines in it, it was a cheap quality and also the colour of the product was very much different from their website picture. I continuously emailed them regarding this for refund. They responded only once saying that the product is not defective and could not be replaced
