We have ordered the product Samsung 385L on 17.9.2023 bearing Order No. OD429179224103470100. Thereafter due to damage product we have requested for replacement and the same was approved on 25.9.23.
The courier service thereafter tried to deliver the product once but the same was too damaged.
We too tried to contact the courier service but they were rude and were reluctant to take my call.
They themselves thereafter cancelled the return request however Flipkart customer care told me raise the request once again.
From the day I have raised return request I have posted 4 to 5 times pictures of my damaged Refrigerator however Flipkart team is asking me send photos again and again.
Now again forwarding the photos for your kind perusal and necessary action.
