Dear Sir/Madam
I have order a phone Samsung galaxy a50 in exchange of my Xiaomi note 5 pro.
I am your prime customer and after that I got defective product this is not fair
It’s a brand new phone and its speaker or earphones not working
I am not getting any voice or sound through device.
I want my old phone back immediately because right now I don’t have any phone.
So please refund my money back and hold phone also and deliver it to my other address which is mentioned below
