I had placed an order for the above mentioned product, for which a defected piece was delivered to me, since i was not available at delivery address neither i expected pepperfry to deliver such a faulty product, i could not properly check the product,
later i noticed bed had cracks at many places for which i raised a complaint but unfortunately that was after 7 days return period , having regularly purchased online through flipkart & amazon i expected similar customer support from pepperfry which was a mistake that i would never make hereafter.
Even the pepperfry carpenter who visited after raising a complaint acknowledged that it is a manufacturing defect which could have been eluded had proper quality checks being done.
Even the product has 36 months warranty which obviously includes manufacturing defect.
I am really surprised with the kind of response i have received from customer support teams and shall take legal recourse if required , this is clearly misleading consumers with all the advertisements and warranties that is being promised
