Text of Complaint by Abhilasha Paliwal:

I have not able to use my phone since I purchased it. I have visited the Realme service center multiple times, at the starting they have not accepted that there was any hardware issue they updated the software multiple times but when issue unresolved then they accepted that it had hardware issue and kept mobile for 15 to 20 days and say they have replaced some parts but after that other issue occurred like some features of camera are not working apart from main camera other camera’s capturing noisy picture. They again keep my phone for 7 days and said there is a hardware issue. They are not replacing the phone spite of having hardware issues multiple times in the last 4-5 months. I am not even able to insert a sim card in my new phone since I have purchased.
