Text of Complaint by Saif Uddin:

1. Initial Wrong Product Delivery: You initially delivered the wrong product.

2. Incorrect Replacement: After raising a complaint, you replaced it with a lower version (64 GB) instead of the ordered 128 GB version.

3. Defective Product: The replacement console stopped working within 7 days of delivery.

4. Warranty Issues: The product has a 1-month warranty. The invoice date is October 22, 2024(attached for reference), and I raised the initial complaint on November 16, well within the warranty period.

5. Lack of Resolution: I have been trying to get a resolution for the past 10 days without success.

6. Unacceptable Customer Service: I received a call on November 25 stating that the warranty is now expired, which is incorrect and unacceptable.
