i have purchase boult audio airbass Y1 Earbuds dated 18.10.2022. after 3 months one side earbuds not working then i complain to company and send repair in service center at Delhi via post , but they have delievered my product without any repairing work, i continue issue with product till date then i against i complain and they say courier your product at our service center. I also mail to their support team but they have dont reply against my e-mail.
All time courier charges in scope of customer, they don’ t pick up from delievery address. I am not satisfy this product and services so i want product replacement or refund my full amount.
