Text of Complaint by Smith Sethia:

I ordered wonderchief mixer grinder from nykaa fashion. The product I received was used product and not in good condition. So I placed return request for the same. However, the product was not picked up by delivery partner and everytime he reschedules the pickup and after 3 reschedules the pickup gets cancelled . Its been 15 days already and my return request got cancelled 4 times and everytime I raise complain to nykaa support via mail, call and chat , they say that pickup will be done in next 24 hrs. But the product is not picked up and it get gets cancelled due to unwanted rescheduling by delivery partner without my consent. I have been mentally harassed through such loopholes of logistics department and internal team of Nykaa Fashion. Its my last hope of getting early resolution
