Text of Complaint by Amit Yawalkar:

Respected Sir/Madam,
I had ordered coffee table from Flipkart on dated 22-May-2022, which was delivered on dated 06-June-2022 and during installation I found that said product was defective and I registered a return/refund request on dated 08-June-2022. Then after I received a call from Flipkart official/Damage Surveyor and they asked me for the photos of defective portion and after providing the same my return request was approved and pick date was showing as 25-June-2022 and afterward said date was further pushed to 30-june-2022, but still the product was not picked up by them so i repeatedlly called their executive but they was giving me false promises for next two months and after almost 10 to 15 calls and interaction they all of sudden cancelled my return request without suffecient reason. Therefore I request this Hon’ble Court to intervene and provide the amicable resolution.
