Text of Complaint by Sanjeev Kumar:

Dear Team,

It is sad that we have came to this phase of writing to you.

We have discussed with many customer care executives regarding our complaint but they are more focused on getting the good feedback from customer rather than solving customer problems.

I would like to raise the issue to you here.

We ordered a product from Flipkart on 31st Dec. 2022 and after receiving the same on 05th Jan. 2023 we immediately placed a return request (Reason: received a torn old cloth without having any tags, photo of the product also enclosed). We discussed the matter with multiple customer care executives but to no avail. finally backhand team of Flipkart approved the return request on 08th Jan. 2023. They placed the pick up through EKART but the pickup person denied to take the product back as they haven’t received any such communication from flipkart team. Today on 11.01.2023 they cancelled the return stating the customer wants to keep the product.
