Hi Sir/Mam,
I would like to register a complaint regarding a manufacturing defect in my boAt Rockerz 560 Headset which I had bought previously. When I opened the package there was pre-existing internal damage in the product. I had been raising my request for the last 2 weeks still there is no response from customer support.
