Text of Complaint by Ashish:

I ordered Tecno Spark 10 5G .The box came with seal open. I contacted Amazon support on 7th july(On the day of recieving) that I have received defected product, so please initiate refund,but I got no response.Then I requested a technician but the technician didn’t came and called us and assured us that we will get a refund.But we haven’t received refund till now and I am contacting Amazon customer care service but they are not resolving.
