I have purchased a laptop HP PAVILLION 2008AX (order no 402-7739623-3113120) COSTING Rs 65490/- through amazon (seller – appario retail Pvt Ltd) on 09-12-2021 ,on 11-12-2021 it was delivered ,when I opened the laptop it started but screen was totally blank and same day I called amazon service regarding the same they told me that they will send replacement ,on 13-12-2021 replacement came but delivery person refuses to handover to us by saying that some verification is pending by amazon and then again I called their customer service they told me it will be delivered to you on same day and then in evening I got status that it is cancelled and I again called their customer service who now told me that a return has been initiated for you on 16-12-2021,which also next day got automatically cancelled then I again called their customer service now they told me they are filling up some form for me which will definitely schedule my pick up on 17-12-2021 ,and in any case it is not happened you just call us we will initiate the advance refund,Now I again contacted their customer care and they again give me a day 18-12-2021.ther are now just playing their fraud game ,whenever I called them they give me a day.They just taken my hard earned money,I request you to take suitable action against them
