I have purchased Samsung washing Machine for 23,200 via Paytm vide order No-6314659185 on 18th Oct 2018 and rec’d product on 20th Oct. On 22nd have requested for return of machine as defective/ dead product recd.After confirmimg with Brand Demo person. Till date no action taken by paytm for pickup.Tried to contact paytm on customer care no…but it is pathetic I have called around 20 times but they just keep on hold and never attend. I have lost my whole trust and faith from Paytm and will suggest others not to trust it.

i purchase a bag from paytm but piece was defected i have complaint to rerun my money but till 4-5 days my money is not give by paytm so plzz solve my problem
