I have purchased a Voltas from Gupta distributor, Baripada Mayurbhanj Odisha, on 24-03-2022 vide invoice no-52R2103969. Since then the ac became defect four times, the service boy came and repair the defect parts and make it functional. I have requested to exchange the ac, they do not response. The ac frequently showing problem,but they repair the parts and make it functional. The ac warenty will expire in March 2023, now winter season has come. The ac will close during winter. I will not check the defective parts are working properly or not. Kindly exchange the product as it has shown several times defective.
