Samsung machine which was purchased from Flipkart. Delivery happened on 15 Mar 2023, installation happened but in installation, technician found that this is a defective product. I then and there raised a replacement request to flipkart on 18 Mar 2023. As per process they have scheduled a technical visit on 24 Mar 2023 like installation technician doesn’t know the machine and said product is defective. Again without my consent technician visit is rescheduled to 29 Mar 2023. After so much of call to flipkart customer care. They are adding false comments that technician visit did happened on 01 Apr 2023 and no issue is there in machine. But in ground reality technician visit didn’t happened. Now they are not supporting and refusing to return the product. What I will do with the defective product of worth ₹20300. I am in a big loss. Please help me to get a refund from flipkart. And I want to lodge a complaint against flipkart.
