Defective product has been delivered even after the product was replaced 3 times

Text of Complaint by Kaushik Das:

I had purchased a Copper Water Dispenser with Stand Size – 5 Ltr. ( ezmall.com/1028161 ) from EZMall TV Show on 30th June 2021. The price charged from me was Rs 1700.
The product was delivered to us on 5th July 2021. We then found that the product had a tap leakage. We wanted to return the product and we placed the return order on 8th July 2021. The defective product was picked up from our house on 10th July 2021.
Then the second time the Copper Water Dispenser was delivered to our house on 17th July 2021. We then again found that there was a leakage in the tap at a different place. Then we again placed a return order on 22nd July 2021. The second defective product was picked up from our house on 28th July 2021.
Then the third time the Copper Water Dispenser was delivered to our house on 4th August 2021. We then again found that the third product which was delivered to us, was also having a tap leakage.

So the third time also the Copper Water Dispenser had a tap leakage.

From 5th August 2021, I have been calling every 2 days using these mobile numbers (+91 8929773311, 01244702000, +91 8929443399) and complaining regarding this poor service and asking for a refund of my money.

So I would request you to please ask EZMall to return back my money and take back their defective product (Sub Order No. – 4933040). We have had the worst ever online shopping experience from EZMall.
