Respected Sir,

My name is Jagdish Singh. I am one of your customers since 2014 and I am hoping you may be able to help resolve a challenge I am facing.
On Octuber 23, 2018 after weeks of comparison shopoing, browsing reviews, and speaking with IT professionals friends, I purchased LENOVO IDEAPAD 130 model from FLIPKART.

The very first run of the laptop disappointed me. An irritating noise from HARD DISK DRIVE was there and system was very slow even having i5 8th generation processor. I thought it was a defective piece and get it replaced from FLIPKART on 9th November 2018. As on the very first run I was again disappointed. Both the defects were there.Hard Disk Drive was making a lot of noise and system was again very slow.

From then onwards I followed your return request process but I was disappointed. After receiving the replaced product I immediately, on the very same day made return request. I was told that product will be returned after technician visit. First technician visit was scheduled for 16 nov then for 18th November and then for 25th of November. After for almost a month and making multiple calls to your customer care you cancelled my return request without technician visit. This is not justifiable that i followed your process it was in your process that decision must be taken after the visit of technician but cancelled my request without it.

Then I again made complaints and a technician visited and was unable to satisfy my about the noise in the system. He agreed that there is a noise in the system but it is according to the faulty design. After making conversation with your technical team another technician visit is scheduled on 4th of December.

I waited for 4th December but no one came then in the evening I contacted you and you assured me that it will be done before the end of the next day. On 5th December no technician visited my place and in the evening I contacted you and disscussed the trouble that I was facing. Then your Senior Executive apologise for all this trouble and assured me that my product will be returned on or before 10th December and amount will be transferred to my account within 7 working days. He was very clear that it will be picked up without any other formalities. I got an SMS from Flipkart that pick up will be done before 10th December. Again on 6th December I called you and you assured that my it will be picked up before 10th December. Then on 8th December i got an email saying that my return request is closed. It was sheer frustration. How can you cancel my return request after giving me assurance on day different days and by your SMS that pickup will be done before 10th. I am feeling cheated and frustrated. I tried to contact you then your executive told me that a dedicated team is working on this reson for rejection and that a concrete resolution will be provided by 10th of December.
Sir today is 10th of December, I beg you to please listen the recording of my conversation with you on 5th and 6th of December. I have send you the screenshot of SMS received by me. Now you are saying to wait for a technician visit before 17th of December. Sir what is this. Are you playing with me.

I request you kindly fullfil the promise done by you with me on 5th and 6th of December. Or else i want to break with you and want to return REDMI NOTE 6 PRO as a protest and will not be using FLIPKART for whole of my life.

Sir kindly try to understand my frustration, I have purchased a product which is packed in a box for more than fifty days. In your Flipkart app under technical specifications there is no mention of noise in the system. Now I am thinking that I have made a mistake while purchasing laptop online. If I had it purchased offline then surely i can judge thr noise and optioned for not purchasing it.

Although your service center staff have been very polite and courteous, I hope you can understand why I am frustrated. I spent approximately Rs. 30000 on laptop that is not functioned properly from the very first day of its purchase. I would appreciate any help or assistance that you and your team may be able to provide in resolving this situation.
