This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased the g 13 Motorola Device from Flipkart on 31/05/2023.
But, I wish to bring to your kind notice that the device is malfunctioning from the very first moment as it wasn’t turning on.

Hence, I kindly request you to compensate me for the inconvenience caused to me and provide sufficient support services to resolve the issue at the earliest.
