I brought a xiaomi poco x4 promise 5g mobile phone from flipkart in19999 rupees this month after I got the product I found out that phone is over heating while charging and using and hang sometime so I complained about it and request to return the product then a technician came to resolve the issue but I face same problem after that too so I requested return again but this time technician didn’t came and then request rejected automatically because of this return policy date is over I can’t even request anymore. That’s how flipkart smartly played me.
