Sir/Madam,
This complain against e-commerce company Flipkart. I have purchased one DSLR camera from flipkart on 23rd January.It was delivered by 25th January after 1days with faulty product. 18-55 mm lense was not working, sold with faulty item. So I requested to replace that product with new one. From flipkart they have assured it will be replaced on or before 28th January but it was delayed by 29th January. Again they failed the promise so again replacement date was changed by 31st January.But it was not replaced and again date was changed and promises to delivery on or before 2nd February. But as usual they did not replace the faulty item. I have called flipkart customer care several times and escalate this issue but no resolution from them.They are only assuring and changing date again and again.but I do not see any resolution here.They are wasted my time and harassed. I am so helpless here. My product cost almost 40000. Flipkart order Id: OD114497966253013000 Product Name: Nikon D3400 DSLR camera Mobile number: 9674635845 Please take action against them. 7th February they called me back and assured me to refund within 24 hours. But again they are delaying for refund process. today is 11th February so almost 96 hours have been past still no resolution. I have complaint to National consumer forum on 2nd February.Docket number is 1134704.
