Dear Sir,
Please refer to the attached email regarding replacement of Samsung Galaxy A03 mobile which was accepted earlier on 17.04 2023.
The e-kart delivery boy called me on 19.04.2023 at around 10 pm by saying we will deliver your product tomorrow.
On the very next day, I am getting a cancellation message from Flipkart. Upon calling Customer care, the executive told that the delivery was cancelled by Logistic and they cannot do anything about it.
What is my fault here ? I have paid full amount, got defective piece and waiting for replacement till date. I am continuously calling Flipkart without any resolution.
This is the type of customer service Flipkart renders to its customer. Complete harassment.
Please intervene.
