Text of Complaint by Geeta Menon:

Dear Sir

I had booked a sari (order from DPL XY155704639594 on May 5) online through a firm (South Sarees). It was a red bordered deep blue coloured sari. But the sari that I got on May 13 from you, for which I made a cash payment of Rs. 1650, was light green with blue border sari. The material of the sari is not worth even Rs. 300. It is in no way a south saree because I have tons of them. The packet did not contain any bill either. I got the mail id (roma.ganpat2@gmail.com) from the courier company that delivered the packet. I have not received any reply from the person or firm. I have realized that I have been nicely cheated by the firm. I want the firm, if it exists, to have the sari collected from the address where it was delivered and refund the amount of Rs. 1650.
