Hi ,

I had ordered a fossil watch from myntra and the strap was bent when I opened the package. When I wanted to return it, they are refusing to take the return and also the refund is not granted. They say they delivered a good product. But it’s absolute nonsense. They deliver a defective product, get the money from customer and cheat them. It’s a brutal and cheap.behaviour from Myntra. They should strongly be punished and I seriously need my refund back. It would be very helpful if you.help.me to resolve this issue.
