I have purchased Bharat lifestyle sofa alsla fabric from Flipkart on 15.10.2023. they delivered defective sofa on 1.11.2023. I have immediately informed the seller regarding the issue in whatsapp but they didn’t reply. Then on 5.11.2023 I have placed replacement request on Flipkart but they rejected my request. As on date I have requested 3time but every time they rejected it. Kindly help me regarding to this issue and help me to make replacement.
