HI THIS IS GANESH FROM BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA. I HAVE PURCHASED A DURACELL BATTERY SET AND I HAVE GOT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FROM PAUTM. BUT AFTER CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE  THIRD TIME WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE THEY ASSURED ME THAT PRODUCT WILL BE COLLECTED BY CONCERNED COURIER BUT UNFORTUNATELY NOBODY COME TO ME WHILE IN THE NAME OF ME TWO COMPLAIN NUMBER HAS BEEN GENERATED. WORST CONDITION IS WHILE I CALLED THEM AGAIN TODAY (05.01.2019) ONE AGENT TOLD ME THAT I HAD MENTIONED DAMAGED PRODUCT INSTEAD OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. HOW RUBISH THIS IS?  I NEED MY MONEY BACK AND THEY SHOULD RETURN THEIR PRODUCT.
