Hello,
I was delivered a broken sofa and the replacement hasn’t been done for over 2 months now. I have called flipkart multiple times but everytime i get a new date for resolution and nothing happens after that. I am not able to get another sofa as the broken one is taking up space at my home. I bought it only because i am pregnant and need a comfortable space to sit and rest.
I am really feeling tortured and harassed by flipkart. Please take right action.
