Text of Complaint by Anil kumar:

I purchased the Royaloak Valence Side Table (Model: B0DK75YD3S, HSN: 94035090) from Amazon (Order ID: 171-0241186-6899521, Invoice No: XNAB-7742, dated 13-05-2025, sold by RETAILEZ PRIVATE LIMITED, GST No: 06AALCR3173P1ZR) for ₹2,990 through online mode. After delivery, Amazon sent their carpenter for installation, who found the product defective and initiated a return request on the spot. However, within 1–2 days, the return was automatically cancelled without any reason. When I contacted Amazon customer care, they incorrectly said that I cancelled the return myself, which I did not. I have repeatedly tried to return the product, but every time it gets auto-cancelled. It has now been over 15 days (as of 30-05-2025), and the issue remains unresolved despite the defect being identified by Amazon’s own employee. I kindly request you to arrange for a return pickup and refund at the earliest.
