Sir/madam

I am regular customer of flipkart. But from few days i am facing the problem related to the delivered products. Currently I am government officer as district economical & statistical officer posted in Basti district ( uttar pradesh) . I am facing bad experience in flipkart service. Delivery boys are lazy and unprofessional. Items I got delivered here are mostly damaged.
Last week I got a wardrobe delivered from flipkart but it was damaged. Technician who came here for installation told me that. They also tooks pictures and videos of my product. But now my product is not returning. I had raised a complain on that same day when he came for installation.
No technician visit has been done yet.
He don’t give any respose whenever I call them from my mobile number. And if he give respose when I call him with other mobile number then he refuse to come again. Neither he is filing report of my product.
I am complaining daily but getting no response from your side.
It is my humble request to you that please solve my problem & refund my money otherwise I have to go to consumer court against you. Then you have to pay compensation to me more than my refund amount.
