I ordered one steamer from Meesho on 6th Feb’22 but we received a defective product we requested for exchange on the same day.11th Feb’22 we received an exchange product and the product is the same defective product that was received earlier.
Again I requested for a return, we received a message from your side. We will arrange a pickup in 2-3 days, today is 17th Feb’22 but still in product at my home. In between 2-3 times I discussed the issue with your customer care but the problem is unsolved. Today again we discussed with your customer care executive. They told me that the product is out of return policy and cut the phone.Today i connected with your team 3 times but every time your executive cut the call or transfered my call to waiting mode.
I believe this is the sales strategy of selling your defective products to the customers.
First you sell defective products after that to harrse the customer to different types.
No issue, I will register a complaint to consumer court.
