This is Keerthana , writing this complaint to bring to your notice that , I placed an order for the AMD 5000 Series Ryzen 7 5800X Desktop Processor 8 cores 16 Threads 36 MB Cache 3.8 GHz Upto 4.7 GHz AM4 Socket 500 Series Chipset (100-100000063WOF) from amazon price at Rs 24,890/- ( Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Rupees Only ) and it was delivered on 22nd of November 2023 with the Order Number : 408-4059323-7492359.
This said product came with 2 layers of packaging and the outer packaging was the amazon box and inside is the product box itself.
The outer box is totally fine but the product box is defective and the seal is broken and the product is defective as well.
I have attached the photos of the same.
When I raised the issue infront of the Amazon support , they behave very rudely and talk very harshly and aren’t providing any refund or replacement either.
They arent even raising the issue and neither are providing any support and are insulting and professionally harrassing me when I reach out to them.
This loss of Rs 24,890/- is a huge loss to me and because of which I am going through a lot of stress and trauma.
Kindly take this matter seriously and act accordingly.
