Text of Complaint by Nandagopal:

i have purchased a wifi extender on 18th November and it has received on 21st November. I have received the defective product and I cant cancel the product only i can get the replacement policy that too within 7 days. i have given for that option and the product has arrived for replacement on 25th november and didnt replace it due to some serial number mismatch which was not my fault. Now i have again given for the replacement option and it will arrive on 29th November which will be after 8 days and I am afraid whether they will refuse to replace the item. I am going to file a complaint at consumer court for this kind of stupid policies and silly reasons to spoil the time and money of a person
