I had ordered food from Zomato which turned out to be cold and burnt which is a major mishap. Zomato, after ignoring my support request 3 times, replies back with future promises. I tried again for wanting my money and they told me that a refund could not be initiated instead they will be providing me a coupon for the amount and it can be used on the next order. So I said yes. They didn’t tell me that it was only applicable on the same restraunt that had provided me bad quality food once before. I have trying to contact the customer service platform for a month with no response. They have ignored me on all platforms.
